Description: The lights come on and the Christmas celebrations can begin! As is now tradition, at the beginning of December, Sant’Angelo holds a big party to light up the Christmas tree and Christmas lights. A funny atmosphere will involve everyone, children and adults.
There will be plenty of sweet moments thanks to the wine and cantarelle tastings, the typical dessert of the Gatteese tradition, offered to participants.
The event is part of the rich Christmas calendar by ‘Natale a Gatteo’.

2025 program
A big party in Sant’Angelo to kick off the Christmas season celebrations throughout the Gatteo area.
The programme includes the juggling and balancing show for families “Comipop” by PALLOTTO PALLOTTO and old-fashioned games by Fiorenzo Montalti.
This will be followed by lots of music by the JOE DIBRUTTO, the most beloved band from Romagna: with their 70s hits, frenetic rhythms, and wit, they’ll get the whole square singing and dancing, transforming the afternoon into a true open-air party.
The highlight of the afternoon will be the long-awaited lighting of the large Christmas tree.
The atmosphere will also be warmed up by delicious refreshments based on specialities and hot drinks provided by the Vitainsieme and Uniti per Gatteo associations.

Entrance: free admission
