“SgambaGelso” green area is a fenced area where dogs can freely run and play. “SgambaGelso” has both sunny and shady areas and it is provided with benches, bins and a drinking fountain.
You will find this area in the “Gelso” district of Gatteo, closed to the public park “Il Gelso”; you can reach the area on foot both from the surrounding houses and the other areas of the city. You will also be able to reach it by car; some car parks are near there. “SgambaGelso” has been created in order to meet the needs of the citizens of Gatteo and their dogs.
“SgambaGelso”, together with the other off-leash dog area called “SgambEuropa” (Viale Europa, Gatteo Mare), has been created thanks to a PPP (private-public partnership) between the Municipality of Gatteo and Davide Magnani’s “Rubicone Hotel” company which has financed the project.
