The association was founded in June 1997 in order to organize leisure time, especially for the elderly.

It organizes several activities and events reserved to its members, such as:
– parties, gym courses and special evenings
– cultural excursions and trips
– entertainment evenings on holidays

– FESTA DI SAN VALENTINO (Valentine’s day): in February
– FESTA DELLA DONNA (Women’s day): in March
– FESTA DEL PAPA’ (Father’s day): in March
– FESTA DELLA LIBERAZIONE: 25 April
– FESTA DELLA MAMMA (Mother’s day): 2nd Sunday of May
– SOCIAL EXCURSION: in June
–  FESTA DELLA REPUBBLICA: 2nd June
–  FESTA D’ESTATE: in July
–  FESTA DELLA RANA: September
– FESTA DEI NONNI (Grandparents’ day): 1st Sunday of October
– CASTAGNATA (chestnut picking): in October
– SAGRA DEL BACCALA’ (salted codfish festival): 2nd and 3rd Sunday of November
– FESTA DI FINE ANNO (New Year’s Eve party): 31 December
Mother’s Day and Grandparents’ Day are free and open to all. The other activities are reserved for members.
Many other initiatives are organised throughout the year.
Furthermore, the association collaborates with the Municipality to organize events in Sant’Angelo.
Membership is open to all, regardless of age, by paying the annual fee of € 10,00
