The place can be reached on foot or by car, nearby there are two public parking places

URP is the Office for Public Relations, where the Gatteo Municipal Administration can communicate with the citizens.
It is the place where the general public can access information, examine the administrative acts and learn more about all the services offered by the Municipal Administration.

Services:
RECEPTION AND INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC
– Welcoming the public.
– Spreading information about the town services.
– Updating information on the progress of individual administrative proceedings.
– Providing forms and informative leaflets about the different services available (this can also be found on the communal internet site)
– Supplying information about Public Services, such as leisure activities, tourism, cultural initiatives and other Associations.
– Giving information about communal activities through various channels of communication i.e. internet sites, leaflets, newsletters, and inserts in the La Gazzetta del Rubicone (the monthly municipal review).

ACCESS TO COMMUNAL ACTS
– Handling the requests from citizens to read and to have copies of the administrative acts and documents of the Town Hall.
– Assistance in the consultation of Official Gazette, regional laws, and the Gazette of Tenders pubished online.
– Permitting consultation of the municipal notice board.
– Issuing copies of the announcement of Tenders.
– Issuing copies of judicial records and tax returns.

ACCESS TO SOCIAL AND SCHOOL SERVICES
– The point of reference for social and school services managed by the “Unione Rubicone e Mare”.
– Distributing information documents and receiving completed forms.
– Maintaining contact with the Social Assistant.

ACCESS TO OTHER SERVICES
– Collecting hand-delivered mail and registering of all incoming mail.
– Issuing Hunting Licence permits.
– Issuing and collecting forms requesting lodging suitability certification.
– Managing dog registry.
– Issuing of disabled car pass and bollino rosa (pink stamp)

LISTENING TO THE CITIZENS
– Receiving and processing suggestions, complaints and accusations of inefficiency
